Yes, we host birthday and group parties. We don’t have party or group rates. The arcade is simply pay to enter per person.
Pricing:
Price is based on how long you want to be in the arcade. Most parties do 2 hours. General admission for two hours of play is $15 per person ($17.25 with HST) for everyone in the arcade area.
We have a table at the back you can reserve for your group if you want to bring in cake or other food. The table seats 12. If you need more seating, we can arrange another table and chairs. There a $20 cleaning fee (payable at the time of your party) if you wish to reserve the table and bring in food.
Allowed Food:
With the reservation and cleaning fee, you’re welcome to bring in cake, pizza or other food. We do ask that all food stay at the table and that parents help ensure child hands are clean before returning to the games.
Drinks in the arcade:
We don’t allow outside drinks. Drinks are available in the front store. We don’t allow open cups (IE; Solo cups) in the arcade. We do have cup holders scattered around the arcade so drinks can be taken around as you play.
Child Parties:
If it is a children’s party, please have 1 adult supervisor per 6-7 children. Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to allow spectators at this time. Supervisors, or parents just hanging out, will need to be paid entry as well.
Goodie Bags:
The popular thing we’re doing now is a treat ticket system. Instead of packing party bags, you can designate a particular amount of money a child can use in our candy and novelty store. You can designate whatever value you want, but commonly people do around $5 per ticket. We give you tickets to hand to your attendees and they can “spend” them in the store. Easy.
Child Drop off and Pickup:
If this is a child party and parents are dropping off their kids, please let them know the hours you reserved so kids aren’t being dropped off too early or picked up late. If the parents want to hang out in the arcade, please help us inform them there is a charge for this.
Reservation Times:
We can book party reservations in the following time slots:
Time A – 12:15 PM to 2:15 PM
Time B – 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Time C – 4:45 PM to 6:45 PM
Time D – 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Not available Sunday)
There are times we hit capacity in the arcade, or book 3 or more parties a day. Your reservation ensures we have space for all who’ve been invited.
Setup and breakdown:
We aren’t able to accommodate early set ups or entries unless you are paying for that time in the arcade. It isn’t uncommon for the table to be reserved back to back between parties. That being said, if you would like to book a longer time for setup, it is only $10 more for 4 hours per person, which comes to $28.75 per person including tax.
